Below, you will find comprehensive details about our distributorship program, designed to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership between Qoiky and our valued distributors.
1. Geographic Certification:
Qoiky will appoint distributors based on location. In the United States, distribution will be organized on a state-by-state basis, while other countries will have a designated distributor.
2. Sub-Distributor Opportunities:
Distributors have the option to appoint sub-distributors within their designated area, allowing for localized sales expansion. Sub-distributors may establish their own operational rules.
3. Exclusive Local Sales Rights:
A distributor holds exclusive rights for local sales within their designated area.
4. Online Sales Certification:
Distributors are certified to sell Qoiky products online on platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Best Buy, and Walmart, as well as through their personal websites.
5. Application and Qualification:
Interested parties must submit a company profile and articulate their goals and plans for promoting Qoiky. A clean company record and profile are prerequisites for consideration.
6. Distributor Agreement Duration:
The distributor agreement is initially for a term of 3 years, renewable annually upon mutual agreement.
7. Wholesale Package Requirement:
Distributors must purchase a wholesale starter package of 1000 pcs NFC cards + NFC tag bundles. Afterward, they are free to place additional orders with a minimum requirement of 100 pcs.
8. Pricing and Quantity Flexibility:
Qoiky reserves the right to set distributor prices based on factors like order quantity and performance analysis.
9. Quality Assurance:
Qoiky ensures that all software and hardware provided to distributors meet the highest quality standards. We accept returns for physically damaged items and software issues, with a final sale policy after distribution.
10. Conflict Resolution:
– In the event of conflicts, the jurisdiction and laws of Texas will apply. Qoiky’s headquarters are located in Texas.
11. Termination Clause:
– Qoiky reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in case of illegal activities or actions that may harm the brand’s reputation.
12. Pricing Autonomy:
– Distributors have the freedom to set their own sale prices and run discount campaigns.
13. Marketing Support:
– Qoiky will provide marketing materials, including photos, videos, and social media content, for distributors to utilize in their online and offline promotional activities.
